Except where otherwise indicated all other items as you will notice DO include shipping, handling and tax so to facilitate the checkout process.
(1) RETURNS: will be honored as per manufacturer's criterias which varies due to the fact that our eStore has a wide variety of vendors. If in doubt or would like to find out BEFORE you make your purchase no problem please click to email us your concerns or questions. You will however need an * RMA # -- The returned item must be in working order and not damaged. If it is damaged only a store credit will apply. .
(2) RETURNS: some of our Manufacturers or Vendors do charge anywhere from 10% to 35% re-stocking fees. All items sent to you MUST be returned (including certificate, instruction manual etc...with the item you're returning). The item must be received in good condition as if it is broken because of bad re-ship (due to re-packing) we reserve the right to adjust your refund or return the item to you taking this into account. We suggest you do INSURE the item as well at least for 50% to 75% of the value. (if not sure while contacting us for an RMA do ask).
Therefore we would suggest that you put the box into another box small or large items in order to avoid this problem and make sure extra padding is added and put "fragile" on the box and/or special notice that might have been listed onto the original packaging that will now be inside the new box or if enough room you can put the new packaging inside and use the old packaging outside.
Please be aware that Shipping & Handling is never refundable and returns require an RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization). Please request such either by email or by phone. Return shipping will be at YOUR cost, so if everything checks out fine you will be refunded the amount of your purchase minus S&H and any applicable re-stocking fee..
You need to notify us within 7 days (of receipt) if there is a problem with the merchandise. We will give a refund within 30 days (less retocking if applies and less S&H) with an RMA Number. Without an RMA Number and/or up to 30 days we will set up an exchange or give you a store credit depending on availibility of the item at the time of the return. Return to us is at your expense.
