| Position
the handle all the way to the rear. |
Holding
the bottle in right hand, place bottle between clamps until
it stops. Grip clamps firmly with left hand. |
Rotate
handle forward all the way down. The cork is now cleanly removed
and your wine is ready to serve. |
To
recork bottle (or to remove cork from opener), rotate handle
to the rear and the bottle will be recorked (or cork will drop
into your hand). |
